@Luis Rodriguez

I’d allow them to install the ring. Not sure why exactly it bothers you for them to see you entering and exiting the house, if they wanted to do that they could stand there looking through the peep hole all day, and listen to your convos that way also.

They could also install a camera inside the apartment pointing out to the porch which would do the same thing, as someone mentioned above would you have them eliminate the camera if you spotted it one day?

@Mary Mitchell

@Ray Harrell

Thank you both for your advice.

I will be notifying the tenant on Monday to let him know rent will be back to normal next month.

Will hire a pro for snow.

I have a tenant who pays $965 as agreed on our lease. I agreed to lower the monthly payment to $900 (informally) in exchange for the tenant to take care of the landscaping and cleaning of the exterior of the house.

The tenant stopped almost immediately and is no longer doing anything. Tomorrow there is a snow storm and I am contemplating wether I should try to have the tenant plow the snow, or how I should move forward with making the monthly payment $965 again, and simply hiring someone else for the job. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
