Great info thanks

When is your next meeting

Good Day

I am a newbie to the Wholesale business and have several questions.  Today i'm trying to find out information about starting my first Direct mail campaign. My first few questions are as followed.

1. I have a small budget of $500.00 and wanted to know what would be the best way to start finding motivated sellers?  should I invest In a direct mail campaign with yellowletterscomplete.com Or do it my self and spend hours stuffing letters by hand?

2. What list are the most productive to purchase first with the limited cash on hand? I was thinking about starting with a probate list from the local court house.

3.  should I start in a hot zip code and drive for $$$$ dollars and generate leads this way?

Thanks for your advice in advance
