How do you get inside the house of vacant properties? For example let’s say I have the house under contract but the seller lives out of state. How would I show that property to my end buyer?

Thanks, I already know that part but how do you get inside the house itself, for example let’s say I have the house under contract but the seller lives out of state. How would I show that property to my end buyer?

hey you guys! I’m a little new to this thing but I there our a few vacant properties around my area that I have been targeting. My question is how do you market absentee/vacant properties to your end buyers? How are you able to see the inside of the house?
