I'd love to get together anytime. We're in watsonville. I'm a residential remodeling contractor. Do you work locally? My projects right now are from watsonville to scotts valley. Yeah we bought a tri plex in MO through a turnkey provider last year. Definitely not a home run but we're doin ok with it. At least we're back in the game.

Haven't been able to find anyone in my area yet that's interested in talking REI . Alabama has been on our radar, one of the turnkey providers we follow had some properties available. 
We're probably on hold til spring until we are ready again.
What types of properties do you invest in?

Wanted to check in and see if there are any members here near or around Santa cruz that would like to get together and share their journey in real estate investing so far.

We're just starting out again and we've been able to purchase a couple of out of state properties. It's been quite a ride so far,we've learned so much.
