I closed on a "House Hack" at the end of April. I'm now looking for other rehab opportunities that I can invest little to no money down using Hard Money Lending. My problem is finding EXPERIENCED contractors with track records of success that could help gauge rehab costs on properties. This could help me setup a proper proposal for the Hard Money lender getting the financing I need. I'm currently looking at a 6 unit 2BR per unit property that is pretty much a shell. Getting a fair estimation break down of costs could get us going.
I'm a relatively new investor but have incredible ambition to succeed. I plan on buying and holding with the occasional flip when necessary. I just need to surround myself with an experienced team and partner investors to get a jump in the game. There is enough money out there for all of us.
I need:
- Experienced Contractors willing to visit properties for quotes who can also get the job done fast and correctly
- Experienced Investors willing to partner up.
