Bob Renthammer Well i know that I don't plan on working in a firm as a broker or an agent. If I get my license do I have to do that? Or no? I'm not sure

I plan on investing in multi family homes. But I was wondering if it was worth it to get my real estate license? I know I can get access to the MLS and more but is it worth it?

I plan on investing in multi family homes and I heard that there are benefits if your incorporate yourself. Tax benefits protection of assets, etc. What exactly are the tax benefits that I get? And what kind of corporation should I form?

I am 18 and I have been doing extensive research through real estate investing. My plan is to invest In a property while still living with my parents. My plan is to perform a lease option on a multi family home. Is this a good idea? If not what's a better alternative?
