Hi All,

My girl and I love to rent in South Florida every winter for a few weeks a year. Covid has shown me I can run my software business from anywhere, so we decided to stay in Fla from Jan-Mar starting this year. At first, I thought we would be crazy to buy a condo in South Florida and book Jan-Mar for ouselves...but then we thought, what about Orlando? We would save about $2500/mo by owning and we could rent it out Apr-Dec. Not if, but WHEN (we're optimists 😁) Disney gets back to business we'll surely get bookings if priced competitively right? We're looking at Reunion Resort because of its proximity to Disney and plan to decorate 🐭 accordingly. Will the bookings be scarce while the Covid situation is still fluid? Are the risks too high for a first time REI right now?

Any input or advice would be a huge help.

Thanks in advance all!
