Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I am new to real estate investing and new to BiggerPockets and have to say how thankful I am to have found this community.

I'm an active duty Naval Aviator. I have been eager to get into real estate and I feel ready to get started. Over the past few months I have been taking the time, educating myself via books and forums, developing financial analysis tools.

I'm currently located in San Diego but I'm working as a team with my family in central New Jersey. Looking for opportunities, Poughkeepsie, NY will be my first location focus and I wanted to start building my team. If anyone has any recommendations on 1) Real Estate Agents, 2) Property Managers, 3) Lenders (that would lend to a new LLC), 4) Contractors in the area - I wanted to start interviewing, so I would definitely appreciate any feedback.

Any insights / perspectives that can be shared are truly appreciated! Thanks again everyone and I look forward to hearing from everyone!

Thank you,

Frank
