Hi everyone, I’m trying to teach myself real estate investment on the side of my education. I’ve listened to a couple podcasts, read the BP guide and reading all the RE vocabulary; I’m still new to this. My question is if there are any links you are aware of that show the growth of a city, incomes, population, job growth, information like that, that will help me to find deals and work the numbers. My market is too expensive, I’m interested in out of state. Thanks, any information helps

Hi everyone, I’ve recently got myself to try to learn real estate and work at it. I’ve read BPs Investor Guide and heard a couple podcasts so far and will continue doing so. Although, my question right now is If anyone can share links, books with information about laws, rules, regulations about real estate. Do attorneys know these only? Does it help to know them as a potential investor? If anyone can help me out here? I don’t believe I’m asking the right question? Thanks everyone 👍

Recently, I met a man who owns multiple properties and some in the Bakersfield area. He mentioned that the Bakersfield area is sinking? Is that true? Property is pretty “cheap” compared to other areas. Like to hear from others
I’m a 21 year old college student and part time worker. I recently got interested in real estate investments. But, to say that 90% of people on here won’t take action, you have to understand that not everyone can take a lose easily. It impacts an older person more than a younger one, it just does for X factors. Why are they worried about who’s taking action or not? Take action 👍
Hi everyone, I’m 21 years old, a college student and part time worker. I recently started looking into real estate investing because I’d like to own my house at a young age. As well as, creating passive income for my future. I don’t know much but I’m learning slowly from BP. I made this forum for those who are willing to share their experiences and stories of when they first bought a piece of real estate and the journey that came with it.
