Thank you Michael, I really appreciate it

I have been purchasing stocks in this downturn, but also feel it is a good opportunity to purchase investment properties especially with low interest rates.  I’m not married to Hagerstown, someone told me it was a decent place to invest real estate. I have been doing my due diligence and have mix reviews so I thought I would ask the very smart people on BiggerPockets for advise/insight.

Russell, thank you for getting back to me. It doesn't look like the nicest place in the world, but the cash flow opportunity is very good. I was wondering if anyone knew of which areas in Hagerstown are the best to invest in.  However, I'm open to other areas. I'm looking to invest in multifamily properties.  Do you know of any areas/properties in Virginia, Maryland, DC and Pennsylvania that produce good cash flow?
