Hey everyone!! I’m an investor about to start my first flip.

I wanted to hop on here because I’m working with another company as well as an acquisition manager for off market properties. We work with a CRM and leads come from cold calling. There’s other two acquisition managers and we haven’t been able to close a property in almost three most, we’re very frustrated because most of the leads aren’t really qualified.

My questions is if anyone knows another lead generator system that is more effective than cold calling or if there’s any good cold calling companies out there because I feel like ours isn’t very good.

I’d like to know this as well for my own company because we’re seeking to invest money in lead generating systems very soon.

Hello everyone!!

My name is Francis Nasser, I’m new to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investing, I have three partners and we’re working on a Business Plan, we’ve already started building our network and team around the Miami area and we’re very interested to grow it even more.
