@Ken Barrett

Hello Ken, I’m in Portland, OR.

I’m very interested in the idea of owning a laundrymat & would love a reference to your website so I can research further & find out if this is the right kind of investment for me.

Thanks in advance!

@Benjamin E.

Thanks for your reply Ben!

Are you suggesting I wait to switch to Cozy until my tenants lease agreements expire?

May I ask what you use to manage your properties?

What’s up BP fam,

I’m in the process of switching from my property management company to managing the property myself using Cozy.

I was wondering if anyone with experience could lend me some advice on how to make this process as smooth as possible for my current tenants under lease?

It’s a duplex in Washington w/ one tenant on a year lease & the other month to month.

I’m specifically inquiring about how to explain to them the transition from the current rent collection strategy used by the PM company to the rent collection tool offered by Cozy (which is not technically a legal lease agreement).

Has anyone had any pushback and or general experience w/ this transition?

When it comes to their current lease agreements do I just scan them in to Cozy?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance you guys!

@Brad Hammond see you tomorrow!
How’s it going BP! I’m a young real estate investor in Portland, Oregon & I’m looking to build a network of investors in this market for the purpose of sharing ideas & experiences as well as support each others goals. I currently own two units & I absolutely devour everything BP has to offer but I lack the network of lIke minded, experienced Individuals that is needed to thrive in thIs business. Brandon Turner & David Green constantly stress the Importance of building the right team so Im taking local initiative. If there are others In my area who feel the same & would lIke to start a conversation please reach out! Cheers, -Paco
