Hey guys im a "new investor"? i suppose no deals yet just research. But i'm wondering how do i get people to take me serious. People mostly family don't seem to take me serious because im so young "22" and i dunno what to do? will they finally get it after my first deal?? Ok im done venting any constructive criticism will be appriciated. Thanks in advance. -Frank R

Hello,

i'm new to the whole real estate thing so i'm hoping to find a mentor in the Galveston County area i'm very driven, learn quick and listen very well to instructions. I'm 21 and would like to get the ball rolling any and all tips and help would be greatly appriciated.
