So true: the vacation rental industry has become very competitive, and those who used to succeed with little marketing now face large hurdles.

None-the-less with SEO, email campaigns, excellent customer service and review-based marketing, Im pretty sure you can get back to your initial success.

I recently joined the biggerpockets forum, and would like to introduce myself. I am very passionate about the vacation rental industry (aka holiday lettings for my British friends) and am very excitedly watching the industry grow year-over-year. I would like to network on bigger pockets with like-minded industry professionals to share knowledge and build relationships.
