Quote from @David Ordonez:

how are you skip tracing the lists you pulled from Propwire?

I use truepeoplesearch.com, if I can't find the contact number there I'll use Propwire's skip tracing option they have recently added.

I tried using Propwire today. The information given for a pre-foreclosure off market lead was incorrect. The gentleman I called, after skip tracing his number, said that he didn't own any property in the city stated. So it was a big waste of time, unfortunately. I hope it gets better with time, it would be a great resource to have and could save a lot of money, if it can be as efficient as PropStream.

I'm highly impressed! Well done!

Did you create the website or did you have it professionally made? Did you pay a SEO company to have your website pop up first on Google? Or does your company also specialize in SEO stategies?

Buying a house for $10 is still crazy, how did you accomplish that deal?

I appreciate your kindness in helping all of us newbie's. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions! :)

Thanks, Jerryll! You're a wealth of knowledge.

So to clarify, do you use online ads to funnel prospective sellers to your website and then get them under contract?

How did you get the property for $10? That's amazing!

You also mentioned that you do Airbnb's and have a wholesaling empire. Where do you find you buyers to assign your wholesaling contracts?

Exactly. I'm not in a rush to rent, I will only do short-term lease to own options when I do.

There are a few websites such as Flipster and Popstream that you have to pay a monthly subscription for that have lists of homes for sale that are below the median. It makes it easier to find potential sellers who are will to do a fire sale.

Almost, but another buyer got the deal on the house before my buyer did. But that's okay, I'm still moving forward. There's so much to learn... I've enjoyed diving in and soaking up all I can about wholesaling. I was a general contractor for 15 years. We recently closed shop due to lack of land in the areas where we built custom homes. So now I'm onto wholesaling and want to branch out to buy and hold as well. :)

I'm new to wholesaling too. I've learned a lot from watching Jerry Norton's Flipping Mastery TV YouTube channel. He's my favorite wholesale/flipping guru. He also offers a lot of free tools with each video. He's gifted at teaching and has a ton of great advice.
