I would say anything more two or three options would be to much. As someone who uses Airbnb quite a bit for travel, I’m just excited when coffee is provided.

Well again I’m gonna be house hacking so I will be living there. Not sure I will need a property manager I will be the property manager. But I will definitely speak to property managers in the area about how difficult rentals are to fill. Luckily I do have a few connections with local colleges

What’s up BP. I have been slacking but then a part of this form for over year and have a never posted or red one thing. They will never see the potential of what we are all doing unless they to have their own paradigm shift. Just like we once thought about money like poor Dads, they too need to hear it from a rich Dad in order to have that shift in thinking. Have your main influencer (spouse if applicable) read "Rich dad pot dad" let them know it's just so they can understand where you are coming from. It won't happen overnight, but be patient and confident in your direction.
