Welcome Nick, east coast expansion

Well absolutely Josh, I have been in the REO business for 2 years now ever since the market has been going down and the rise of foreclosures. Before that I was working with mortgages, apartment rentals, and condominiums. I brushed upon loss mitigation with a friend who taught me everything I know and been in the field for also about 2 years now. We do work in New Jersey and all over the states when it comes to dealing with bulk REOS.

I like what I see on this website. A lot of people here seem to know what they are talking about. I am new to this forum as you can tell. I am currently specialized in loss mitigation and bulk REO's.
