I don't understand how they are allowed to advertise on BP if there not a legitimate lender, just so you guy's know I would never give anybody money up front I'am not new to this game, thanks for the feed back.

Thanks to everyone for there input, this is not my first flip I have done multiple  deals but everything has been out of pocket till this point but I want to do more deals so I was looking into HM lenders in the N.J. area I am currently taking to another guy from Philadelphia so we should be able to get this deal done.

Thanks for responding, no there is 2,000.00 fee for the approval letter witch you get back when you pay the loan back. There was $ 4,000.00 for points and no payments you pay the loan off when you sell the house on a 5 month loan $ 9,000.00 for interest on 150,500.00 deal. The deal is in N.J.

Has anyone dealt with Do Hard Money.com and if so how was your experience I thought hard money guys didn't ask for money up front, any thoughts? 

Has anyone ever herd of these guys quickfinancialhom or fast.ly finance factor?
