Recent purchaser of a duplex I will be owner occupying. I plan on doing a lot of renovations as well. Should I set up a separate bank account for rent collection and renovation expenses? Is this typical?

I'm pursuing a legal translator I found online to translate a letter I wrote them. Hopefully this clears up all confusion. Spanish legal forms are shockingly hard to find...

My current apartment lease expires 4/30. I have a feeling I am going to be couch surfing the month of May at least while I try to get them to moveout. Hope this works haha what a weird situation I've got myself into. Thanks for the advice!

Hi BP Community! I have just closed on my first ever property and duplex with an FHA loan and the plan is to move into the first floor unit. Unfortunately the seller did not notify the current tenants that it was being sold or that I would be owner-occupying (despite me requesting this).

So, once I closed on the property I introduced myself and notified the first floor tenants that I will be moving into their unit (and legally need to due to the FHA loan) and that I need them to vacate the property by 4/30/23. I hired a constable to deliver a NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY AT WILL. I revisited them and they do not understand the situation at all due to an extreme language barrier. I am not close with anyone who can speak Spanish.

Does anyone have any recommendations or know where to find NOTICE TO TERMINATE TAW forms in Spanish?
