Thanks Karen! I'm not a contractor, but a licensed structural engineer. Its a small heated storage warehouse, built to suit for a retail business in Maine. I would likely be doing a lease, or lease to own. This is still in the idea phase, working through the numbers/meetings now. Will keep posting as things progress.

New Investor looking for some guidance on a small warehouse build. I can do the construction estimating and engineering drawings myself, but new to developing a raw lot and financing. What are some creative ways to get financing to break ground?

Dan - I'm a newcomer to BP but saw your post and thought maybe I could help. My day job is working for a NH consulting firm specializing in cost segregation and asset management for commercial and residential property owners. We maximize deductions in accordance with the latest IRS regs, as well as create a baseline of assets for future dispositions/expenses. We don't do returns but work with many MA/NH CPA firms and could possibly help you. Give me a call at your convenience to discuss further.
