So looking at a Property that has a Private Sewer system, Thinking it is a Septic Tank.

What should I look out for?

Is this good or Bad?

How much if I had to replace this?

Do you add cost of estimated rehab into the Amount from Hard money Lender?? Or is this Out of pocket?
