Is anybody currently working for Opendoor as a licensed real estate tour assistant, and if so can you make any real money or is it not worth switching your license to them?

Hi Niklas, if you have Homesmart there, just put your license with them, easy and you can do all your own deals and only pay out around $300 to them each deal.

Wanting to connect with other agents/people that are exploring blockchain for Real Estate and companies that are focused in this area as I believe its the way forward on so many levels.

Hi, I dont know where you are located but I know modular construction very well and the reason they are not building and selling themselves is cash, they most likely do not have enough cash/credit to get a construction loan, or enough cash to buy land and build without lenders, so they do better if you are securing the loan or cash, and they make their mark up and go to the next one.

Actually they wont do my area, Navarre beach Fl, but thanks for the help.  Anybody else have one that is nationwide possibly that has been good?

Ryan, thank you!  I am in Panhandle but dont see why I could still not use them.  Did you use the $150 or $375 package?  Did they supply contracts and help if any questions on them? 

What site has anybody had best luck with to do a flat listing for sale by owner in 2019? I am an agent in AZ but have a beach home in Florida I am going to list myself shortly and just want it on MLS, and I will add Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Anybody use one recently that is good?
