Say I got an Investor to give me a contract to find a property for him. What time of questions should I ask to him? And how do i get to find these type of investors??

Just wanna start out by saying hi all and who ever made this site good stuff because it has a lot of great information. Its very organzied actually. But anyways my first question is I wanna flip houses meaning buyin cheap messed up foreclosures but profitable ones. Do any one knoe where to find these at and do any one have any stories they can but out regarding how you get start with only a couple grand just would like some inspriation well hope to read soon
