Less bandwidth for my hosting/website PLUS the sex appeal that Youtube gives to your buyers. Think about it.... if your buyers list knows that everyone in the world on Youtube will see the house that you can make money on....it puts them more on the offensive to get that house off your hands...

You don't have to use a autoresponder series....you can just use for the properties you want to market....just make sure your list is want to be buyers.....

However...if your looking to teach people how to do wholesaling (or some other foreclosure wealth technique) you may not want to send them these properties...because they want to FLIP houses...not necessarily BUY them.

Have all my buyers sign up to my email list at Aweber email service. Once I have a property under contract, I go to the house and video tape the outside and inside of the property and tell them the financial details. I then upload the video to youtube and shoot and email to my email list.....I usually have a buyer within 3 days.
