@Bruce Lynn I am in AZ (Sierra Vista, specifically). I would like to buy in AZ, but I am open to being convinced otherwise.

Anyone have a recommendation for a tax liens book or resource by which a newbie could learn the ins and outs to get into the game?

I saw BPs has a book on Mortgage Notes, but I understand those to be (altogether) different.?.
