The Question is which one is the key to R.E.I...

Being in Real Estate for some time, I i pondered so many things, as A LOT of our success is contingent on problem solving. I always ask an Investor this question, because once I understood this, everything changed for me..... I'm interested in what you guys/gals think....

@Merritt S. the post was to highlight that fact.... All situation have pros and cons.... we tend to look at the cons, but it is always good to highlight the advantages as well...

What do you see coming in real estate in the next decade and what do you feel work and won't work that has in the pass decade??

I won't make this long, cause we all know what this is about... laws are always changing and will continue to change the way we make money. Question is how do we adjust this time?

I agree.. my insight along with work and understanding the actual practice of real estate has giving me opportunity to be paid to speak about the advantage as oppose to the disadvantages I have had! I want a piece of your market.... Texas is sexy!!
