Great job! It looks beautiful. I just just listed my first flip property 2 days ago and I already have 2 interested buyers going through the pre-approval process with our realtor. Fingers crossed!

I agree, have they ever asked for proof? Say you tell them you're using it for credit card debt consolidation. Have they ever asked for proof, statements, payment proof, etc.?

Private money lenders are people you know or meet. You can’t really find them online (maybe on BP, but still a big maybe). Also from the adds I’ve seen for these sorts of companies they say these lenders will lend at 4 percent or lower sometimes which is also unlikely

Yes indeed it is! I figured that this was too good to be true. But I was curious to see if anyone had good fortune with it. Anything that gives you easy info as valuable as this of course for a fee, is mostly a hoax in these instances it seems.

Hello BP community! We're struggling a bit trying to find PML and came across this site. We try networking as best as we can but starting out has us on a limited scope. I do see some forum discussions on this but they're somewhat dated. Has anyone had positive and/or what seems to be mostly negative experiences with this site? I'm definitely hesitant but am curious of anyone's experiences. TIA!

Yeah it doesn't seem like getting an LLC off the bat is ideal based on what I'm seeing. Thanks everyone for your responses!

Right I get the purpose from a liability standpoint. Also I understand that even that in itself is not bulletproof. Ultimately you'd want a good insurance policy at best additionally. I was initially wondering from a tax/business purpose perspective. But also see that there are other avenues I may want to pursue from the start. Thanks for the additional input folks!

HML aren't turned off by an LLC as a conventional loan (banks, etc.) correct?

Thanks for the info folks. Next step I reckon will be to consult a CPA and a RE attorney to see what avenues we want to pursue.

@Marco G. Our concern is for tax write off purposes for a business. I mean we are still interested in LLC for liability as well(understanding it's not bulletproof), but it upon further reading it seems it's not really detrimental to new REI investors lacking large assets off the bat.

Hello BP community! What are your thoughts on using your own name, or nicknames in your LLC company name? I've heard mixed responses.
