What do you mean Tom, exit strategy? I planned to buy, refi, rent, repeat. Is that a sound strategy?

@Tom Valichka hey Tom I live in Florida but I have recently gotten into the Atlanta market. I bought one home cash now I'm looking to refi to pull some cash out and go to the next deal. Do you have any recommendations? I also do not know any mortgage brokers in the GA area, could you recommend one?

I'm an out of state investor with a few rentals in the Atlanta area and I was wondering how section 8 worked there. I heard I may have to attend a class or briefing before my property is eligible. I'm out of state and wondered was this true if so were there online options?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

That one is gone fellas, I got out bid. The Atlanta market is really heating up getting harder and harder to get deals.

Would any of the Atlanta investors out there take a risk on a property in the 30311 area code? I'm a buy and hold guy and don't mind SEC8 and I'm paying cash so there will not be a note on the property. Any advice would be great thanks.
