@Nathan G. Thank you! @Daric Myers I am not a resident of WY. I’m setting up an LLC in WY as a holding company. @Jerry W. I may have to speak with one for advise. In order to separate business with personal, as well as getting anonymity, i would rather not list our home address as the principal address of the business. We can get a CMRA address from traveling mailbox, but then i won’t be able to open a bank account with the CMRA address.

Can anyone refer any lawyers in Wyoming for establishing an LLC? Thank you!
