i found this project in boca chica which is only 30 minutes from the capital 5 minutes to the beach but, ce to realize that boca chica is not a place most people would go to

I am wanting to invest in dominican republic. Where would be the best place to buy a condo that would be used for short term rentals such air bnb or vrbo??
