If I build a house 1200-1400 sq ft and want to refinance it how long do I need to wait to do it ? I want to build it for rent . Don t have it built yet, just considering.

I am a contractor right now and a wood floor specialist. Been doing it for 13 years. I eventually would like to find and do  flips .  Hope to learn and grow and take action soon in starting my real estate investment .
