As you all know, I am new to this real estate investing arena. My question is if I get a Private Money lender to fund my purchase, How do I make money after flipping the property if they charge a rate of 12 percent? I probably sound like a complete idiot but would appreciate any response. Thanks

Where do I get money to purchase an investment property? Will they give me money to fix up the property to flip? Sorry I am very new at this and trying to wrap my brain around things. I have excellent credit by the way. Thanks for your help.

Good morning y'all. I want to introduce myself BJ Johnson. I am new to investing actually, I'm in the process of starting and need your help or feedback.
