Hi guys! We're about two weeks away from our next monthly meetup. This time around we will be meeting at my current flip in Los Angeles that will be completed by Oct. 3. We will be sharing the before and after photos and as well as the process of flipping for those who are interested. This meet will be just like the other ones where it is a casual meet up to connect with others in RE weather it be about local flips or investing in RE in general with no sales pitching of any kind. This is strictly a casual meetup to talk RE. We will be providing some light refreshments. Please feel free to bring your own or to share drinks or food and whoever else you'd like to bring with you.

Please PM for the address.

We're looking forward to seeing you guys

Hi guys, that time is approaching again for our monthly meetup. As usual, this is a casual meetup with absolutely no sales pitching. Come have some awesome beers at CBC (Craft Beer Cellar) while we hang out and talk RE. Everyone interested in RE is welcome, from newbies to seasoned individuals. Find out whats going on or what others are doing locally and out of state.

I won't be at this one but my project manager @Debora King will be hosting it and will be more than happy to answer any questions and will be happy to tell you guys about what we have going on locally as flippers.

Hi all, I just wanted to send a reminder out about tomorrow’s meet. It was just brought to my attention that people could not RSVP on the “meetup” app. I apologize for the inconvenience. I went ahead and fixed the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if you can RSVP or let me know if you’re coming.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to seeing everyone.

Hey BP. I’m planning on hosting another meet up this coming Wednesday, August 1. Same time and same place since the last time had a great turn out. I hope everyone can make it out again and more members come out.

As mentioned before, this will be a casual meetip for everyone to just hang out and chat about anything RE related. Absolutely no sales pitching.

Simply show up, bring outside food if you like, sign in and chat it up with anyone there.

Please let me know if you can make it ASAP so I can make sure there’s enough space reserved.

Date: Wednesday, August 1, 2018

Time: 6:00pm

Place: Craft Beer Cellar (CBC)

Address: 1353 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90041

Hosted by: myself  and @Debora King

Note:

CBC allows customers to bring outside food as they only serve snacks.

We will be meeting in the patio.

I will try to bring a couple of pizzas again like last time and some of my wife’s homemade cookies.

@Stephen Marlin thank you. That’s great about your Tarzana property. I’m familiar with the area as I grew up in the Valley and my first few flips were in West Hills and Lake Balboa. I do have a contractor that works for me but unfortunately at the moment I’m keeping him busy enough that he can’t take one any other jobs. I knew others but would not recommend them. A great way for you to find some is by identifying homes as your driving around that are being renovated. You can pull over and ask the workers for their info amen if they’re taking on other jobs. If they’re aren’t a Brent ok they’ll usually tell you straight out. Keep up the educating and good luck on everything. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else.

@Jessica Wygal no I don't do any work myself at all, it's all done by my crew. Not that I would mind it, I just design and tell them what I want done. I spend my time focusing on my strengths which would be design, networking and finding the deals and funding.

@Ben C. ya sure. I have a few. Due to my experience, I get 90% LTC, 10% I/O 12 months, 2 points up front with no junk fees and I also have one at 100% LTC, 12% I/O 12 months, 4 points up front and $1,500 in other fees.
