and you cant beat it, and the price is very right.

I would use both Loopnet and the Broker,
get all the information you can gather, then
you can get a better picture.

Where can I find information on investment money for R.E.
and how to stay compliant and out of trouble with the SEC?

Around my neck of the woods everybody
subtracts about 20 % from zillow estimates. I think the site is really not in
keeping with good R.E.. Also did you know that you cannot delete anything on zillow, try it , good luck
