Is your business plan different for urban homes than it is for nicer homes? 

How do you know when your home is RENT READY?

These are URBAN HOMES, SEC8 Homes.

- Do you consider yourself a LANDLORD or a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR?

- Do you think giving uniforms to workers has benefits?

Have you ever allowed an evicted TENANT, to go BACK into the property, to collect some of their items?

- Am I better off just moving it into storage or throwing it out?
