@Jaysen Medhurst yes, i bumped in to a local developer investor who just bought a multi fam was able to do an estimate of his returns with just plugging in number from the lot size etc. I may not be explaining my self in a way for other to understand

I have a list of absentee owners who have 100% equity on their home. What does this mean? How can a real estate investor help them if it's a problem?
