Post: Florida Squatter appealing an eviction

We have a squatter in FL and had to evict him. The attorney told us to post a 7 day notice that they were unauthorized occupants and if they wanted to continue to stay there they would have to pay $... rent weekly by a certain date. This apparently made the squatters fall under some sort of tenancy that an ordinary eviction could take care of.

The writ was issued and we got possession.  Now the S.O.*  has filed an appeal, does anyone have any advice on what to do.
