Thank You. I am currently emailing and calling estate agencies. The issue is that agencies do not like short-term lets, although we would rent them for 1-3 years they do not like the idea of sub-letting them. I have now found a meet-up which I will go to with my partner and hopefully, we will connect with some private landlords. I am trying to find building owners but that info is not shared by the agencies and cannot find a reliable database to gain that info. Do you know a chat that I can use on BP which would be best for connecting with landlords?

Hello Everyone, 

I am new here, however, I am a very eager member and I am following your podcast regularly. I have recently found a possible partnership in London, UK. However, the deal is that I will have to find a Building of flats to rent. The company I am partnering with is a small concierge company and we are looking to rent apartments to accommodate clients from different countries coming to London for work and business trips. Has anyone of you know someone who owns 5 to 10 flats buildings that are looking to rent them all? Or if you do not know anyone do you have any tips on how I may find private landlords that are looking to rent the whole building? Also, how would you approach this? Walking by buildings and calling agencies or any website?

The area we are looking at is in Central London.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Hello everyone

I currently live in London (UK) and I am trying to get my head around the market. I believe have found a possible great opportunity to flip a 5 bedrooms house but I am a complete novice. The house is in very poor condition, mold, broken floor, old walls...very poor condition. However the auction price is very low (1/5 of low end market sale price) and the house is in a great area. I was wondering if someone can help me giving me some average numbers on how much usually cost to completely rehab a 5 bedroom house and the time will take to renovate.
