@Michael Glist, thank you. I'll do that. If you ever have any questions about construction, feel free to ask away. Thank you for your help.

We own our first rental property and have decided to manage it ourselves. What I am wondering is do I need to have a business license to manage my own property?

Wow this is a small world. My wife and I would love to connect. How are things going in you Real-estate venture ? When would you like to connect?

@Fidencio Velasco Check out the book, "If You Can't Wholesale After This." Great to book start with. The Wholesale Inc podcast gives you practical things to do to improve your business and keep you motivated when you go a long period without a deal. You can connect with people on BiggerPockets, Facebook Groups, Meet Up, REIA meetings, and just going out and talking to people.

Thank you for sharing this book with me.  Ill grab a copy of it and take a read.  Ill also check out the podcast. My wife and I have a rental property in Anderson,IN. How is your journey in the real estate investing journey going?

@Joshua Bushwhat about yourself.

@Joshua Bush I’m driving for dollars in the 4 northern Counties of Western Washington. Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island Counties. They are counties I am always working in for my 9-5

@Bryant Brislin thank you would you have time for a discussion. Hope all is well and look forward to talking to you in the near future.

Hello Family

My name is Fidencio D. Velasco. I am new to the community. I am in the process of creating my Business Plan at the moment. It will be done by the end of the weekend. The reason for my post is I am seeking guidance on Wholesaling Real Estate Deals. That is where I am starting my journey into the Real Estate Investor Journey. I work full time in the Construction Industry as a Union Representative. I deal with all aspects of the Construction Industry, specifically the carpentry side of things. I’ve spent the last 20 years mastering the Commercial Construction side of things and have come to the conclusion that the harder I work the more time that employer wants of me. I hope someone on this thread can point me in the right direction in the wholesaling market. I’m looking for training and a circle of like minded individuals to get to know. I’m also looking for a Mentor. Thank you if you have made it this far in this post. You are a special kind of person if you read the whole thing. I’d like to get to know you. Let’s connect.
