John, If you're looking for prospective tenants who may have section 8 later on let me know! I work at Proper Realty Group in Malden and many clients of ours have section 8

I am a new broker so I do not have any agents yet but I would be happy to start mentoring you if you want to hang your license with me.

Let me know. Also if you have questions about the exam let me know.

Hi Rich, I'm currently looking for a mentor aswell. I have my real estate license and am ready to either start shadowing or learning all I can. It's so hard to find someone to help!

Hi All!

I'm looking for a mentor in the Boston area that I can shadow preferably a broker or an agent!  I am looking for a firm to possibly do my internship at for school. Regardless if I get a mentor before or after the "internship term"  I need a mentor!

Anyone interested in giving me some tips to finding a real estate mentor!? I already have my real estate license

Thanks a bunch

Best of luck to you!

Hey Tim, I will check this book out! Yes that's my plan to get a decent financial foundation going !!

 Hey Richard!

I did complete my first time home buyers course back in June 2015. I wonder if I should invest in a multi family to start.

Do you know if you have to be sponsored under a real estate broker in order to buy and sell your own properties? I'm looking to take the real estate license myself.

Thanks,

Hey everyone I am re entering the bigger pockets website. I deleted my profile some months ago. Kinda Just after passing my real estate exam. January 2016 to be exact is when I passed. I started working for TSA a week later and got lost in that life for a little. Working 3am-noon was killing me; I put a end to that This November 2016. I'm looking into starting my real estate career (investing and or being an agent).. I don't want my license to go to waste. I am still establishing credit.. so investing would be kind of tough What are the best tips for beginners? Young, ambitious beginners? 23 and eager...tired of putting my passion aside. Where to start?..
