Thank you. Which cities or counties your company would be able to cover for cost estimate? How many rehab projects has been done so far? On average what response time I can expect to get the cost estimate ? Is cost estimate very generic or can be item price break down?

I look for GC in Indianapolis to visit potential properties for my investing and provide a complete cost estimate.

I am out of State investor interested in investing in flipping properties in Indiana. I look for a local partner to find good investing property and be my local partner to do all the job during buy fix and sell.

I look to find my first investing property in local market.  Any one offering any listing for buy and quick flip is welcome. My target offer/after repair value is roughly 35%. with total budget not more than 100k.
