Hey everyone! I just separated from the military currently living in Nothern Virginia and I have been looking at out of state investing and I would love to get your input on that and also how would you go about finding leads when you do not live in that particular state I'm particularly looking at N.C around the Fort. Liberty area I currently make 70k and have roughly 20k to put down and I also qualify for a VA loan. So I can use the money for a rehab if necessary.
