Thanks for the welcome, DCG! Actually Brownsville is supposed to be an emerging market. So I guess it's a good time to buy.
I used to fly the KC-10 so I wasn't a fighter jockey ;) I'll try to contact Joshua about joining the ex-military thread..thanks for the tip.
