Coincidently, the lot is split. We have a vacant lot on one side and an SFR rental on the other.

Having trouble finding information on code ordinance specific to my question. Does anyone have experience with R1-6 zoning/rezoning. I'd like to avoid rezoning.  

Would a change order for my plans be required if I wanted to change the location of the panel box and have the home power line run underground?

@Andres I. Cepeda hey! I was looking for general market information. What’s the job growth rate of the area? Has there been recent or potential rent increase, in terms of rates? And overall what’s the investing environment for that that market?

Houston is a market I’m looking and will potentially move into. However, Temple is another sub market I’d like to research.

2. Would you allow a subcontractor without a license work on your project, what kind of risk are you liable for?
