I live in Los Angeles county and I'm looking to buy rental property. I am searching outside of Los Angeles due to the high prices and competition here. I am interested in knowing what I would have to take care of for a tenant such as utilities like water, sewage, landscaping etc. I am concerned about this because I know people can be careless with their water consumption and don't like the idea of having to pay for a tenants negligence. I don't mind working around someone's needs. Thank you for shedding light on the issue.

Hello BP! So as the title says I'm looking for a multifamily to house hack. I work in Koreatown and my wife works in Commerce. We are looking for something in between and are willing to consider outside of LA. Is it a bad time to buy though since we are in a sellers market and a rececession? What is your take on our situation? Thank you in advance for you input.

I want to invest in Vegas I have been looking into the market over there, but this is my first time looking for a property to invest in and would prefer if it was close enough to drive to it whenever necessary without making it a road trip. If you were in my position what would you do?

Hello BP! I am just starting to get in the game and I would appreciate any advice.

I live in San Gabriel, CA and I'm looking for my first multifamily property to invest in. I have been looking in LA and SGV but not really finding anything worth the price. Is there any other area I should be looking? What would you recommend? Thanks and have a great day
