recertification went to batch Monday and got approval letter. Today it went into application paid. Still havent received funds. Anyone else been in this similar situation?

@memphiz Thornton i submitted my application on November 5 2021. I called the ramp office yesterday and the lady said she didn't know why my application status went back to under review. All she could do is note my account and have my processer contact me as soon as possible.. I still haven't gotten a response from anyone as of now.. I will be waiting very impatiently checking my emails periodically all day. Good luck in your application process boo

Following @Ferial Alfarran I’m at that point too, no responses from the mhc site or inside my portal. 

I called them. All they could tell me is that the tenant had applied not what the status of their application is.  

I’ve been checking it everyday since the 19th  

@Ferial Alfarran what is that email address? I can’t get a response from the portal, the help page on the mhc site or from the email address on the recert application 

Landlord here. My tenants on RAMP are now four months behind in the rent and RAMP won't tell me anything. I talked to my tenant's today and told them they need to start looking for another place because even if they were to get a permanent voucher they would only be approved for one or two bedrooms they are living in a four bedroom house and there is just the two of them. I hate to evict them because this is not their fault. He got Covid last year and has been disabled every since but I can't keep forgoing rent on that house and once the federal funds dry up they will have to leave anyhow. Even if he get Social Security disability it isn't going to cover the rent.
