I'm wanting to start wholesaling. I happened to see a sign on the side of the road that said, "Real Estate Investor assistant. Make up to $20k a month. Text name and email". Does this sound shady? If it's something I can learn from while starting to wholesale I'd be excited to do it, but feel weird about sending someone my contact info that I don't know.

Hi. My name is Feliz. I am completely new to the real estate world. I've been working as a legal assistant and have been looking for ways to make more income to secure an early retirement and to have extra money to start traveling. I've been reading books and googling articles on investing and real estate and discovered BP. It's awesome! I've started listening to the podcasts and I'm confident this site will help me reach my goal sooner than later. I'm hoping to start buying and renting homes in the near future and learn about wholesaling.
