Thank You, Yea I have been on BP for only a few days and already met a bunch of great people. This is really a great place to network because the members are so helpful and willing to share their knowledge with the newbies

I am a newbie just looking to network, hear horror stories and your success stories in wholesaling, fix and flips, long term investing (Rental properties), or how you began your journey in the real estate investing world did you have help or go at it alone?

Thank you! I am so appreciative to all the BP family including you for reaching out to a newbie like myself.

I have been studying the real estate investing career path as a whole over the past two years as I built my credit and cleared all my debt. The problem i'm having is where to start, with all the info on the web and unlimited info on BP I still ask myself where do I start first, fix and flip, wholesale ect?

So I came up with what I thought was a solid plan so here goes it. I thought I would start with my first year in real estate as a wholesaler with my feet now on the ground and out in the real estate world I would gain more exp and knowledge. I would then move on to fix and flips as that would gain me more exp, with my end goal being purchasing multi family rental properties to hold for the long term.

I have a small end goal of 5 passive income properties within ten years, I say small end goal because I believe its very doable. I do have a partner for the short term goals of wholesaling and fix and flipping. If having a partner how will lenders look at us as far as credit and liquid assets? We are trying to use hard money to get our goals off the ground and we have done our homework on hard money but cant find a answer to how it works with two people borrowing or is that even possible?
