So would I as a wholesaler with a property under contract do I have to pay for the cash buyers agent fee or anything?

I’m looking to network with anyone from Houston area. Just to talk and share ideas.

I have a cash buyers agent who agreed to letting me add them to my cash buyer database if I have any properties for sell, but asked me “what is my referral fee”

How should I respond?

So I’m working on finding cash buyers. I asked if I could add them to my cash buyers database and they responded “sure. I have been in it too long to believe these deals from wholesalers though. I do my own comps.” How should respond
