Hi, I am also interested in the Peter Harris program.  Can anyone tell me if it's true that there is also a monthly fee in addition to the initial $10,000 that you have to pay?  And does he help you find financing if you don't have any money for a down payment?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with The Flip Man as far as mentoring.  I've seen a few positive comments on BP about his free advice on Youtube, but I want to know if anyone has ever worked with him.

I know there's a lot of free information here on BP, but I would feel more comfortable with a mentor - someone who I can actually call if I have a question.  I'm considering using him as my mentor and was hoping to get feedback if anyone has ever dealt with him.  Thanks
